TIS Offline 23.11.2020, 09:00 – 17:00

Dear TIS Users,

We would like to inform you that the migration to the new data center of RNE will take place next week 23.11.2020 Monday from 09:00 to 17:00. During this period, users will not be able to log into the system or will have difficulty working on the same. For this reason I ask you to accept our apology and try to avoid using this application on that day.

Thank you very much for your understanding!

Old TIS going offline – 15 September 2020

Following the parallel operation of the old TIS and TIS 2020 over the past two months, we are happy to announce that TIS 2020 will soon be the only TIS version available, covering all functions, including

  • Monitoring and Train Search
  • SpaceTime and Connection Diagram
  • Incident Management

Therefore,  on 15 September the old TIS hosted under https://tis-online.rne.eu/ will go offline. The new TIS is fully functional and hosted under https://tis-prod.rne.eu/.

You can find more information in this tutorial video: https://vimeo.com/405019851

  • From 15 September 2020, you will only be able to access TIS through https://tis-prod.rne.eu/. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.
  • Accounts created before 15 December 2019 have already been migrated to the new TIS and you can simply reset your password for the first login here https://tis-prod.rne.eu/request-password-recovery-token
  • In case your account has not been migrated, you can self-register under https://tis-prod.rne.eu/registration. Once you have completed the registration procedure, the company admin will approve your account.
  • If you already have access to the new TIS, there is no action required.

Until 15 September 2020 the two environments will be operating in parallel, in order to fully migrate all services and ensure a smooth transition between the systems.

As of 18 December 2017 the info pages of RailNetEurope’s IT tools were relaunched in a revised and improved version. All relevant information about TIS is now available in a more user-friendly and modern way.

The website is designed to provide potential and existing users with a first insight into the functionality of RNE’s IT Tools. To meet modern-day standards, the website is modular and responsively designed in order to accommodate users who access the site through mobile devices. The redesign of this website was the final step of a complete relaunch of RNE’s web presence with the goal of making information easily accessible to all users.

Good quality websites are always depending on users’ input. Information updates and comments are therefore very welcome and can be requested at/addressed to communications@rne.eu.
